Concierge quality, zero copays

Our board-certified physicians provide high quality and comprehensive primary care including preventive care, chronic disease management, and timely direct access for acute/sick/urgent matters. We offer hour long, same or next business day appointments with typically no wait times in the office or on the phone. Small patient panels allow our doctors to get to know you as a person to establish a trusting patient-physician relationship where your health goals and choices are respected.

One fixed monthly fee gets you unlimited access to your physician with no visit fees, no copays, and no deductibles. We do not bill insurance for care provided in our office; however, you may utilize your health insurance for medications, labs, or imaging your doctor orders.

Longer appointment times allow our physicians to provide comprehensive and whole-person care with detailed history taking, assessment, and utilization of appropriate labs/imaging as needed. Through education and discussion, our team helps you make informed decisions about your health with respect for the choices you determine are best for you.

For those with specific musculoskeletal or active lifestyle needs, we offer an in-office advanced sports medicine team to help aid in injury prevention, recovery, and sports performance enhancement.
